Adware-Virtumundo/WinFixer Popups/MSEvents

Just got a problem with a malware. It was WinAntiVirus. Symantec call this as Vundo. here's what I got from google.

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.

1. Click the Scan for Vundo button.
2. Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
3. You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
4. Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.

When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.


Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.

But this method is not really worked. The registry entry of this vundo cannot be deleted manually. Then after a lot of keywords and reading, and browsing, and trying, I found a small program called: VirtumundoBeGone.exe
This program worked and the Vundo is now gone.
