I'm thinking about moving to Cimone, Tangerang. That was when I thought about what kind of public transport I can use to get to my office. After digging up the internet, I found that some people has made the list of Jakarta public transport route. But, I believe I have a better format.

This time, I got something that might be useful for people who like to travel around Jakarta using its public transport. Yes, Jakarta doesn't have any Mass rapid transport like subway, monorail, etc. the best we have is busway.

Jakarta Governor election Day

Cool... Because tomorrow (8 Aug 2007) is the election day for the Jakarta governor, my office had a day off. Since now I'm an employee of National AIDS Commission, I will enjoy the day off too. honey, I'm home.....

The silly thing is that the current governor, Sutiyoso, give order to all organization in Jakarta to take a day off to let their employee to participate in the voting. But, this is only Jakarta, not for the entire nation. Beside, many workers in Jakarta are not the citizen of Jakarta, many of the are citizen of surrounding cities such as Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok, or even like me, Bandung.

But it's OK, tomorrow I will enjoy additional holiday.

Sporadic Sunday Market in Unpad Jatinangor

When I was accompanying my wife in her final pharmacist lab exam (yes, it was on Sunday), I had a chance to see and took pictures of what happen in Unpad. People called this market as "Pasar Minggu Unpad" or literally "Unpad Sunday Market".
